How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to delete your BigBrain IQ Test account:
- Send an email to our support team using the link below
- Include your registered email address (the one you used to sign in with Google)
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - BigBrain IQ Test"
- We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours
- You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
What Data Will Be Deleted

Data that WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED:
- Account Information: Your email address, name, and profile data
- Test Results: All IQ test scores and completion times
- Leaderboard Entries: Your rankings and competition history
- User Preferences: App settings and customizations
- Progress Data: Test history and performance analytics
âšī¸ Data Retention & Anonymization:
- Analytics Data: Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for up to 26 months for app improvement (no personal identifiers)
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be purged within 30 days

Before deleting your account, consider:
- Sign Out: You can simply sign out and stop using the app without deleting data
- Data Download: Request a copy of your data before deletion
- Temporary Deactivation: Contact us about temporarily disabling your account
